Payment and cancellation terms
- To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total package value is required.
- The deposit can be paid via bank transfer (e-banking) to the account listed on your reservation confirmation.
- The remaining amount must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
- Tourist tax is charged additionally according to the current Dugi Otok Tourist Board price list upon arrival. We handle guest registration and payment on your behalf.
- Final cleaning is charged once at 20 EUR (regardless of the number of nights) upon arrival.
- Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival.
- For cancellations within 30 days, we retain the paid deposit.
